·        A case under Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 15/06/2011 at 1530 hrs accused one Santhosh @ Bachire Santhu criminally restrained Poornima R/o Bondel Mangalore near her house and abused her by filthy language and also gave life threat to her owing to trivial issue.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Moodabidri Police Station. On 16/06/2011 at 1400 hrs at Kattemar Kelenjaru village Mangalore Taluk one driver of Tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-19-1729 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-5433. As a result one Kittu Poojarti R/o Iruvailu village Mangalore Taluk a passanger of said auto rickshaw sustained her grievous injuries.
