·        A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Outrage the modesty of woman has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 31/05/2011 at 1000 hrs accused Vikas Principal of Pragathi Tutorials Surathkal abused one student Bhavya R/o Shibarur Delanthabettu Mangalore Taluk in filthy language at Pragathi Tutorials Surathkal Mangalore and tried to outrage Bhavya’s modesty by pulling her body and also gave life threat to her owing to trivial issue.

Fatal: 01

·        A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 31/05/2011 at 1430 hrs on NH 66 near Baikampady bridge Mangalore one driver of Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-05-AC-4403 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against another tempo. As a result Kantappa R/o Bijapura passanger of said tempo sustained grevious injuries and one Sharanappa driver of said tempo also sustained grievous injuries. Further Sharanappa where he succumbed to his injuries on the way to hospital.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 30/05/2011 at 2245 hrs in front of Higrove Apartment at Bejai Mangalore one driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-3656 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Kiran (26) R/o Bejai Mangalore a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 31/05/2011 at 0645 hrs at near Islahi school at Ullal village Mangalore Taluk one Musa driver of Tempo bearing Reg. No. KL-14-A-9070 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Y-3220. As a result one Pavej (17) R/o Thota House Ullal village Mangalore Taluk pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained grevious injuries.
• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 31/05/2011 at 1200 hrs at Tannirbavi Mangalore Taluk one driver of Maruthi omni car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-N-8664 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a Honda activa bearing Reg. No. KA-19-W-6328. As a result one William D’Souza rider of said activa sustained grevious injuries.

·        A case under House trespass, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Hurt has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 30/05/2011 at 1600 hrs accused Devikiran and others criminally trespassed into house belonging to one Vikas Principal of Pragathi Tutorials Surathkal and abused him in filthy language and also assaulted him by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

·        A case of Girl missing has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 30/05/2011 at 1400 hrs one Reshma (21) D/o Abdul Khader R/o 3^rd Block Katipalla village Mangalore Taluk went to Katipalla Noorul Huda School and did not return her house thereafter. She has been found missing since then.
