·        A case under Cruelty by husband and his relatives, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Criminal intimidation along with Dowry Prohibition Act has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station on the complaint of one Juliet Ferrao w/o Felix Ferrao R/o Muchmogaru village Mangalore Taluk. In the complaint it is alleged that accused Felix Ferrao (husband) and his mother Agatha Lilly Ferrao gave physical and mental harassment to one Juliet Ferrao to bring more dowry and also gave life threat her.

·        A case under Criminal Restraint, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 17/09/2011 at 1930 hrs near Samshuddin Circle at Katipalla village Mangalore Taluk accused Abdul Khadar, Abdul Rehman and another person abused one Rizwan (18) R/o Katipalla village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and knife and also gave life threat to him owing to personal dispute between them.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. In between 1000 hrs of 18/09/2011 one Nagesh (27) R/o Kolambe village at Bajpe committed suicide by consuming some poison in his house owing to personal problem.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. In between 0800 hrs of 16/09/2011 to 0930 hrs of 18/09/2011 one Prakash Acharya (34) R/o Iruvailu village Mangalore Taluk accidentally slipped into the pond while walking near his house and died due to drowning.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 18/09/2011 at 1730 hrs one Mammu (60) R/o Kochi Kerala State committed suicide by drinking alcohol near Regency Lodge Bunder Mangalore Taluk owing to personal problem.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 18/09/2011 at 1300 hrs one Chandrayya Amin (65) R/o Bolara village Mangalore Taluk accidentally slipped into Arabian sea at Someshwara Mangalore Taluk while fishing in a boat at Arabian Sea and died due to drowning.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 18/09/2011 one Abdul Rehman (23) R/o Panji Mogaru village Mangalore Taluk accidentally slipped into Arabian sea at Thanniru Bavi Mangalore Taluk while fishing in a boat at Arabian Sea and died due to drowning.
