·        A case under Rioting, outraging the modesty of women, Wrongful confinement along with Hurt has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 24/08/2011 at 1315 hrs accused Praveen D, Jeevan Shetty and another 05 students forming into unlawful assembly at the premises of Alvas College Moodabidre and wrongfully confined one Priya (BSHS Hotel Mangament student) at Room No. 218 of Alvas College and outraged the modesty of her by pulling her dress and also assaulted her by hand owing to trivial issue.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 05/09/2011 at 1830 hrs near Milk dairy at Ganjimata Mangalore Taluk one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-6831 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Baby (47) R/o Badagulipady village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused her grievous injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 05/09/2011 at 1630 hrs on NH 66 near Vidyadayini High School Surathkal Mangalore Taluk one driver of Eicher lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-05-AB-9987 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against another an auto Rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-7800. As a result one Yonas Salim (40) R/o Krishnapura Surathkal sustained simple injuries.

·        A case under Rioting, Criminal trespass and mischief causing damage along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 05/09/2011 at 2030 hrs accused P. M. Saleem, Iqbasal, Siddique, Yasin, Bindas Ibrahim, Bava, Mohammed Sharif and Bakari forming into unlawful assembly at 2^nd Block Katipalla and criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one Abdul Jabbar (47) R/o 2^nd Block Katipalla Surathkal and damaged the several items in the house and also gave life threat to him owing to personal issue.

Unnatural Death Report: 01

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Ullal Police Station. In between 0500 hrs of 05/09/2011 and 0700 hrs of 06/09/2011 one Hilary D’souza (48) R/o Mukkachery Mangalore committed suicide by jumping into the well near his house owing to personal problem.
