·        A case under Rape along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Bajpe Police Station where in it is alleged that one Annu R/o Kolavoor village Mangalore Taluk criminally restrained and forcibly raped one Baby R/o Kolavooor village Mangalore Taluk while she was walking on the way to her home at Kuppepadav Kolavoor village Mangalore Taluk on 24/08/2011 and 29/08/2011. He also gave life threat to her.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 30/08/2011 at 1600 hrs near Morning Star School at Bajpe village Mangalore Taluk one Rajendra rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-V-5972 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which motorcycle capsized. As a result Suresh R/o Malavur village Bajpe Mangalore sustained grievous injuries.

·     A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 31/08/2011 at 1100 hrs on NH 66 near Mukka check post at Surathkal village Mangalore Taluk one Ganesh Baliga driver of Astar car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MA-4442 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Ramappa Shetty R/o Thadambailu Surathkal Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 31/08/2011 at 1530 hrs near Shri Ayyappa temple at Kulur Mangalore one driver of lorry bearing Reg. No. MH-11-AL-1756 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-21-8266. As a result motorcycle rider Santhosh Kumar (27) R/o Yeyyadi Mangalore and pillion rider Swathi (15) sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 29/08/2011 one Vishwanatha Devadiga (72) R/o Kavoor Mangalore accidentally slipped into the cannel near Kavoor Temple at Kavoor Mangalore while walking and died to drowning.

Missing Persons: 01

·        A case of Girl missing has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. One Reshma Poojary R/o Krishna Nagar Bondel Mangalore left her house on 22/08/2011 at 0800 hrs and did not return to her house. She has been found missing since then.
