·        A case under Burglary along with Attempt to commit offence has been registered in Mulki Police Station. On 16/09/2011 at 0200 hrs 03 unknown culprits gained entry into the ATM belonging to the Syndicate Bank at Kinnigoli Talippady village Mangalore Taluk by breaking the ATM machine and attempted to committed theft.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 15/09/2011 at 1400 hrs on NH 66 at Madhya village Surathkal Mangalore Taluk one driver of Tipper Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-4199 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against another Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-20-B-3157. As a result both the vehicles got damaged no causalities reported.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 16/09/2011 at 1220 hrs Ullal village Mangalore Taluk one Santhosh rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-S-9515 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and suddenly applied break due which the rider lost control over his vehicle and motorcycle capsized. As a result Kishor kumar R/o Ullal village Mangalore Taluk pillion rider of said motorcycle sustained grievous injuries.

·        A case under Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 16/09/2011 at 0950 hrs at Nettila Padav Naringana village Bantwal Taluk accused Siddiq, Hassan Kunhi and Ahammed criminally stopped the bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-7733 and abused one Ravindra.K (24) R/o Manjeshwara Keral State conductor of said bus and bus driver in filthy language and assaulted them with wooden stick and hand also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

·        A case Under Gambling (78 (III)) of the Karnataka Police Act has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 16/09/2011at 1745 hrs on credible information PSI Ullal along with staff conducted raid near Volapete Thokkottu village Mangalore Taluk. At the time of raid Police found 02 persons playing “Matka”. Police seized cash Rs. 30/, a note book from the spot by arresting SValerian (40) and Rathnakara (40) who were indulging in gambling.

·        A case of Boy missing has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. One Vishal Pereira (19) R/o Arkula village Mangalore Taluk left his house on 15/09/2011 and did not return his house thereafter. He has been found missing since then.
