·        A case of Burglary has been registered in Konaje Police Station. In between 2000 hrs of 14/09/2011 and 0600 hrs of 15/09/2011 some unknown culprits gained entry into the Malapura Parameshwar Temple at Balepuni village Bantwal Taluk by breaking the door lock and committed theft of silver ornaments worth Rs. 12,000/.

·        A case of MV theft has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 23/08/2011 between 0900 hrs and 1200 hrs some unknown culprits committed theft of a Hero Honda Splendor Motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-L-4330 belonging to one Novshad R/o Karbala Road Kudroli Mangalore which was parked near Firdous Lodge at Kudroli Mangalore. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 18,000/.

·        A case under Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Hurt has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 15/09/2011 at 1515 hrs accused one Paul Lobo criminally restrained one Chethu Lobo (53) w/o Paul Lobo R/o Beluvai village Mangalore Taluk at her house and abused her in filthy language and assaulted her by sickle owing to trivial issue.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 13/09/2011 at 1630 hrs on NH 66 at Govindadas college Surathkal Mangalore Taluk one driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-O-3260 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Vraksha (16) R/o Srinivas Nagar Surathkal Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused her simple injuries.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 15/09/2011 at 2230 hrs one Sheenappa Gowda (55) R/o Kattemane Kombaru Puttur Taluk accidentally fell down due to some illness while working near his house and died on the way to hospital.

Missing Persons: 01

·        A case of Women missing has been registered in Mulky Police Station. One Surekha (32) R/o Belliyur village Mangalore Taluk left her house on 08/09/2011 and did not return her house thereafter. She has been found missing since then.
