·   A case of Burglary has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. In between 1830 hrs of 13/04/2012  and 1900 hrs of 24/04/2012 some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Samprathi Manith R/o Pandeshwara Mangalore Taluk by breaking the front door lock and committed theft of gold ornaments all in worth Rs. 24,000/.

Ordinary Theft: 01

·      A case of Ordinary Theft has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On Night of 26/04/2012 some unknown persons gained entry into the Koragajjana Gudi at Konchadi village Mangalore and committed theft of Silver and Pooja articles. The total worth of stolen property is yet to be estimated.

·      A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 25/04/2012 at 1900 hrs on NH 66 at Iddya village Surathkal Mangalore one driver of Ambassador car bearing Reg. No. KA-30-6906 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Chandravathi R/o Kulai village Mangalore a pedestrian and caused her grievous injuries.

·       A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 26/04/2012 at 1320 hrs near Kankanady Mangalore one Abdul Hameed driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-6374 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Sadashiva Shetty a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 24/04/2012 at 1615 hrs Alape village Mangalore Taluk one driver of Tanker lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-3738 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Manju R/o Koppala District a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 24/04/2012 t 2100 hrs at Ambla mogaru village Mangalore Taluk one driver of Tempo rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-3723 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and applied break suddenly due which tempo rickshaw capsized. As a result one Umar Farooq (28) R/o Nanthoor Mangalore who was traveling in the said tempo rickshaw sustained simple injuries.
