·        A case of Robbery has been registered in Konaje Police Station relating to an incident of chain snatching. On 21/04/2012 at 0315 hrs near Teachers quartos at Mangalore University Mangalore Taluk one Pawana M.S (21) R/o Madikeri  was her way from Yakshagana center by walk. At that time 2 unknown peoples snatched the gold chain from her neck and ran away. The value of the property is Rs. 35,000/.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 20/04/2012 at 1945 hrs near Kapikadu bus stop at Ullal Mangalore Taluk one Ganesh motorcycle rider bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EA-4897 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against pedestrians Jalajakshi (53) R/o Ullal village Mangalore Taluk caused here simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 20/04/2012 at 2300 hrs on NH 66 at Nanthoor Mangalore one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-01-D-9118 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EA-6950. As a result motorcycle rider Jagananth Shetty (58) R/o Mooduperare village Mangalore Taluk and pillion rider Seetharam Shetty sustained grievous injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident as been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 20/04/2012 at 1540 hrs near Bajpe village Mangalore Taluk one) driver of Tipper lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-4820 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against an electric pole. As a result electric pole got damaged. No causalities reported.

·        A case of Woman missing has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 14/04/2012 at 1200 hrs one Mallika (35) R/o Ullal village Mangalore Taluk left her house did not return her house there after. She has been found missing since then.

·        A case under Man missing has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. One Raju Mestri (87) R/o Madya village Mangalore Taluk left his house on 19/04/2012 at 1900 hrs and did not return to his house there after. He has been found missing since then.
