·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 18/04/2012 at 2100 hrs P.V.S circle Mangalore Taluk one Avinash rider of new motorcycle drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Padma Kamath pedestrian and caused her grievous injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 18/04/2012 at 1530 hrs at Badaga Yedapadavu village Mangalore Taluk one driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-D-3511 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EC-8428. As a result motorcycle rider Suresh Kumar (32) R/o Pacchandi village Mangalore Taluk and pillion rider Sumangala sustained grievous injuries.

·        A case under Hurt, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 19/04/2012 at 1500 hrs accused one Praveen Sikwera   criminally restrained one Krishna Shetty (44) R/o Paladka village Mangalore at Panchayath office Paladka and abused her in filthy language and assaulted him with iron rod and also gave life threat to her owing to trivial issue.
