·        A case under Murder has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. In between 2015 hrs of 14/05/2012 and 0700 hrs of 15/05/2012 at Hampankatta Mangalore accused some unknown persons murdered one K.A. Abdul Razaq (33) R/o Veerakamba village Bantwal Taluk.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mulki Police Station. On 22/05/2012 at 0930 hrs at Haleyangady Mulki Mangalore one Rathnavarma driver of Auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-2494 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-20-J-199. As a result one rider of motorcycle Ravi T. Kundar R/o Padupanambur village Mangalore Taluk sustained simple injuries.

·        A case under Rioting, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 21/05/2012 at 2115 hrs accused Ismail, Mohiddin, Kunjumonu, Jaleel, Mahammad, Niyaz, A B Shareef, Ashpak Adrama, Sowkath,and other forming into the unlawful assembly and stopped a Bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-AB-7879 at Manjanady village Montepadavu and abused one Thyagaraj (28) R/o Peramugeru Bantwal Taluk in filthy language and also gave life threat to him.

·        A case under Hurt has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 22/05/2012 at 1430 hrs accused Asif R/o Jokatte Mangalore assaulted one Ravindra Rai (39) R/o Jokatte Thokur Mangalore by stone owing to trivial issue.
