On 02/05/2012 at 1300 hrs some unknown culprits committed theft of gold ornaments from the bag belonging to one Sharmila (30) R/o Kallabettu village while she was traveling in the bus from Moodabidre to Beluvai. The total worth of stolen property is Rs. 98,000/.

· A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 02/05/2012 at 0530 hrs at Panambur junction Mangalore one Nagaraj driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-6937 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Ramachandra Rao a pedestrian and caused him serious injuries. Further Ramachandra Rao was admitted to A.J Hospital at Mangalore where he declared dead while under treatment on same day.

· A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 02/05/2012 at 0915 hrs at Kulur Mangalore Taluk one Imran driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-20-M-6364 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-20-K-8717. As a result motorcycle rider one Renni Stephan D’souza R/o Kulur Mangalore sustained simple injuries.

· A case under Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 02/05/202 at 1830 hrs one Prakash (30) R/o Kulur Mangalore committed suicide by hanging in his room owing to health problem.
· A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mulki Police Station. In between 2230 hrs of 01/05/2012 and 0330 hrs of 02/05/2012 one Meena (70) R/o Kambalabettu Mangalore Taluk committed suicide by jumping into well near her house owing to health problem.
Missing Persons: 01
· A case of Man missing has been registered in Mulki Police Station. One Ravichandra R/o Haripade house Mangalore Taluk who left his house on 29/04/2012 and did not return to his house thereafter. He has been found missing since then.
