·      A case of MV theft has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 29/04/2012 at 1300 hrs some unknown persons committed theft of a Bajaj Pulsar motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-W-0701 belonging to one Chidananda Shetty (39) R/o Urwa Store Mangalore Taluk which was parked on parking place at in front of  Gatti Samaja Mandir at someshwara village Mangalore Taluk. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 30,000/.

·   A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 29/04/2012 at 2015 hrs one Gilbert driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-1877 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and applied break suddenly due which Nagesh Shenoy who was traveling in the said bus got thrown out from bus and sustained simple injuries. Further he admitted to the Thejaswini hospital at Mangalore where he succumbed to his injuries while under treatment on same day.

·         A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 29/04/2012 at 1745 hrs one Ashwith driver of auto Tempo bearing Reg. No. KA-19-D-5193 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which auto tempo capsized. As a result George D, Souza (48) R/o Ullal village Mangalore Taluk and tempo driver who were traveling in the said auto tempo sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 28/04/2012 at 1330 hrs at Padavu village Mangalore Taluk one rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-X-577 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Gangadhar Salian R/o Kudupu village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.

·      A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 29/04/2012 at 2230 hrs on NH 66 at Surathkal junction Mangalore Taluk one unknown car drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one unknown a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries. The car driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.
