·       A case of Robbery has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 12/05/2012 in between 2300 hrs and 2400 hrs some unknown person entered into the house belonging to one Preethi (52) R/o Derebail Mangalore and robbed gold ornaments from her hand of worth Rs. 20,000/.

Burglary: 01

·   A case of Burglary has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. In between 2215 hrs of 12/05/2012 and 0445 hrs of 13/05/2012 some unknown culprits gained entry into house belonging to one Javivuddin M K (33) R/o Balmata Mangalore by breaking the front door and committed theft of Gold ornaments, Daimond set, Digital camera, Handicam, Watches, Laptop and Mobile handset. The total worth of stolen property is Rs. 6, 71,650/.

• A case of MV Theft has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. On 08/05/2012 in between 0000 hrs and 2215 hrs some unknown culprits committed theft of a Hero Honda motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-X-5198 belonging to one Ibrahim Riyaz (21) R/o Kairangala Bantwal Taluk that was parked in parking place of Westgate building Falneer Mangalore. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 30,000/.

·        A case under Cruelty by husband and his relatives, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Criminal intimidation along with Dowry Prohibition Act has been registered in Woman Police Station on the complaint of one Farzana R/o Ombatthukere Ullal Mangalore. In the complaint it is alleged that accused Sheik Ahammad (husband) and his relatives Ibrahim Saheb, Rehamath, Ashwath, Abdul Razak, Rafeek, Gafoor gave physical and mental harassment to one Farzana to bring more dowry and also gave life threat to her.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mulki Police Station. On 13/05/2012 at 1015 hrs near Kollur Temple Mulki Mangalore Taluk one Vijaya driver of pick up jeep bearing Reg. No. KA-19-C-9626 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-20-K-4387. As a result motorcycle rider one Shivaram Poojary (26) R/o Mudakoor village Karkala Taluk sustained grievous injuries.

·        A case under Causing death by negligence (sec 304A IPC) has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 13/05/2012 at Vamanjoor Mangalore, Jerold Vegas a lineman who was working on the Electric Pole got electrocuted due to the negligence of Gurumoorthy Engineer of Mescom.

·      A case of Man missing has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. One Janardhana K (48) R/o Kulshekara Mangalore Taluk went to Central Market at Mangalore on 12/05/2012 at 1100 hrs and did not return to his house thereafter. He has been found missing since then.
