·        A case under House trespass, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 07/05/2012 at 1815 hrs accused one Dinesh criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one Sowdamini (55) R/o Kankanady Mangalore and abused him in filthy language assaulted her by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

·        A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 08/05/2012 at 0730 Panambur Mangalore one driver of JCB bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-2587 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Alla Bakss Shek a pedestrian and caused him serious injuries and died on the spot. The JCB driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 08/05/2012 at 1350 hrs at Harekala village Mangalore Taluk one Lakshmisha driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-AE-299 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EE-8339. As a result motorcycle rider P H Hyder (31) R/o Harekala village Mangalore Taluk and pillion rider Safaan sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 05/05/2012 at 1920 hrs on NH 13 Thiruvailu village Mangalore Taluk one Sharan rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EE-4286 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against an car bearing Reg. No. KA-05-MB-5043. As a result motorcycle pillion rider Savitha (30) sustained grievous injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic West Police Station. On 08/05/2012 at 1345 hrs at Rao and Rao circle Mangalore one driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-N-1633 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against an Auto Rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-9302. As a result driver of auto rickshaw and Jesintha D’Souza, Joshwa Preetham D’Souza who were travelling in said Auto Rikshaw sustained grievous injuries.

Unnatural Death Report: 03

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 08/05/2012 at 0900 hrs one Dhurup Marmar (22) R/o West Bengal state. The death seems to be due to heavy drunkenness.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 07/05/2012 at 0700 hrs one unknown dead body aged about 55 yrs to 60 yrs was found near Karnataka bank clock tower Mangalore. Owing to some illness.

·   A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. One Jyothi Meri Dikunha (32) Iruwail village Mangalore Taluk committed suicide by hanging in her house on 08/05/2012 at 1330 hrs owing to personal problem.
