On 15/03/2012 at 1315 hrs in office at Karnataka Bayari Sahithya Academy at Athavara Mangalore Taluk accused some unknown persons attempted to murder one Rahim Ucchil by assaulted him with deadly weapons.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 15/03/2012 at 1400 hrs one unknown male dead body aged about 28 yrs was found in Someshwara River at Mangalore. The death seems to be due to drowning.
