·    A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 08/03/2012 at 1630 hrs Masthikatte Hosabettu village Mangalore Taluk one Leo driver of Jeep bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MB-6542 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Sanjay (07) R/o Puttige village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

·        A case under Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with SC/ST Prevention of Atrocity act has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 05/03/2012 at 2130 hrs at Battadabailu Puttige village Mangalore Taluk accused Shridhara Moolya and Santhosh Moolya criminally restrained Raghu Naik, Savitha Naik and Bhaskar Naik Puttur Taluk in filthy language referring to his caste owing to trivial issue.
