No. KA-19-MB-3945 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Dayananda (27) R/o Ashoka Nagar Mangalore a pedestrian and caused him serious injuries.

On 03/03/2012 at 1800 hrs accused Roshan Lobo R/o Mooduperara village Mangalore Taluk criminally restrained Mathew Lobo and his wife Apolin Pinto (45) R/o Mooduperara village Mangalore at Mooduperara village Mangalore Taluk and abused them in filthy language and outrage the modesty her by pulling her hair and assaulted them by hand owing to civil dispute.
