In between 1045 hrs and 1105 hrs some unknown culprits committed theft of a gold chain from one Rajeshwari (47) R/o Nerumarga Mangalore while she was traveling in a bus. The stolen property is worth Rs. 80,000/.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered Kavoor Police Station. On 29/02/2012 at 1930 hrs at Konchadikate Mangalore one rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EB-9165 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Sophiya Rebello a pedestrian and caused her serious injuries.

Unnatural Death Report: 02

·     A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. In between 1100 hrs and 1300 hrs of 02/03/2012 one Frank Quadres R/o Alangaru Marpady village Moodabidre committed suicide by hanging in his house owing to personal problem.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 29/02/2012 at 0300 hrs one Sathishchandra (45) R/o Jeppu Mangalore committed suicide by consuming poison in his house owing to health problem. Further he admitted to Wenlok hospital Mangalore where declared dead while under treatment on 02/03/2012 at 0740 hrs.
