On 20/10/2011 at 1400 hrs near Panchayath Building Shimanthoor village Mangalore Taluk one Sanjeevi W/o Sunder Shetty R/o Athikaribettu village Mangalore Taluk was her way from home by walk. At that time two unknown persons snatched the Mangala Suthra from her neck and ran away. The value of the property is Rs. 45,000/.

On 20/10/2011 at 1700 hrs accused Mubarak, Farooq and other 5 persons came in a New Mahindra jeep and forming into an unlawful assembly at Thenkulipady village Mangalore Taluk abused the One Imthiyaz (29) R/o Theruvail village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language and also gave life threat to them. Owing to trivial issue.
