• A case of Burglary has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. on 30/10/2012 in between 1015 hrs and 1200 hrs  some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Philip Aweel Vegas (53) R/o K.W.B Bendoorwell  Managalore by breaking the door lock and committed a theft of gold ornaments and cash Rs 5,000 all in worth Rs. 75,000/.

·         A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 29/10/2012 at 1030 hrs at Thenkulipady village Mangalore Taluk one Wincent driver of Indicia car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-D-7100 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-ED-3284. As a result motorcycle rider one Abubakar Siddiq (28) r/o Kandavara village Mangalore Taluk  sustained grievous injuries.

·         A case under Rioting, Criminal restraint, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Hurt has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 29/10/2012 at 2230 hrs accused Hassan, Rizwan, Safwan, Ismail, Junaid, Puttumonu and Imran  forming into unlawful assembly at Katipalla village Mangalore and stopped the car  bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MB-8924 and assaulted  Mohammad Aroof (22) r/o Katipalla village Mangalore Taluk , Shameem and Mohammad Javeed  him by sickle and with soda bottle  owing to trivial issue.

·       A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with Hurt has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 29/10/2012 at 2215 hrs accused Areef, Javeed, Shamim and Shafi abused Ismail (25) R/o Kattipalla village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language near Samshudin circle at Kattipalla village Mangalore Taluk and assaulted them with wooden stick and with hand owing to trivial issue.

·         A case of Girl missing has been registered in Urwa Police Station. On 30/10/2012 at 0900 hrs one Geetha (15) r/o Kotekani Mangalore Taluk  left her house and did not return to her house thereafter. She has been found missing since.
