- A case of Ordinary Theft has been registered in Barke Police Station. In between 2200 hrs of 24/09/2012 and 0415 hrs of 25/09/2012 some unknown culprits committed theft of a Laptop belonging to one Gowtham S (25) R/o Mysore, which was kept inside the KSRTC bus bearing Reg. No. KA-01-F-4209 while he was travelling in a said bus from Mysore to Mangalore.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 24/09/2012 at 2240 hrs Haripadavu cross at Mangalore one driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-AC-528 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-7535. As a result motorcycle rider one Yajna Narayana Bhat sustained grievous injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 25/09/2012 at 0930 hrs at Madoor village Mangalore Taluk one Madhava driver of Auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-20-A-9985 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-D-6118 driven by one Ganesh Gowda (38) R/o Sanoor village Karkala Taluk. As a result the vehicle got damaged. No causalities reported.
