- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 02/09/2012 at 1130 hrs at Marpadi village Moodabidre Mangalore Taluk one Nikolas driver of Auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-1749 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which auto rickshaw capsized. As a result one Gilbart pinto (38) R/o Nada village Belthangady Taluk who was travelling in said Auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries.

On 05/09/2012 at 2220 hrs accused Asif @Kabur Asif, Kurchi Ashraf, Mikkad, Bavaka, Latheef, Pathi Usain, Kabeer, Chayabba and Basheer Gundihithlu forming into an unlawful assembly and criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one Hasan Madani R/o Melangadi Ullal Mangalore Taluk in filthy language and assaulted him by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.
