- A case of MV Theft has been registered in Barke Police Station. On 15/08/2012 in between 2215 hrs and 2245 hrs some unknown culprits committed theft of a Bajaj pulsar motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-47-E-1136 belonging to one Mohammed Nazeer that was parked in public place at Lalbagh Mangalore Taluk. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 16,000/.

- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 09/09/2012 at 1020 hrs at Muluru village Mangalore Taluk one driver of Scorpio car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MB-4388 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EC-5293 driven by one Hemanath S (24) R/o Bejai Mangalore Taluk. As a result motorcycle got damaged. No casualties reported.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mulki Police Station. On 08/09/2012 at 1830 hrs at Haleyangady village Mangalore Taluk one Ashith Shetty driver of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-34-J-2102 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a Bicycle. As a result Bicycle rider one Shridhara Poojary (40) R/o Haleyangady village Mangalore Taluk sustained simple injuries. Further Motorcycle rider lost control over his vehicle due which motorcycle capsized. As a result motorcycle rider Ashith Shetty and pillion rider Chakradhara Acharya sustained simple injuries.
- A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 09/09/2012 at 1045 hrs on NH 17 near NMPT Main gate Mangalore Taluk one Mutthu swamy driver of Bullet tanker bearing Reg. No. KA-05-B-3807 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a Honda Activa bearing Reg. No. KA-19-S-3426. As a result motorcycle rider Preetham and pillion rider Deepak James (19) R/o Panambur Mangalore Taluk sustained grievous injuries.
