• A case of Burglary has been registered in Konaje Police Station. In between 20 hrs of 09/08/2012 and 0650 hrs of 10/08/2012 some unknown culprits gained entry into the Cell Mobile Center Shop at Deralakatte village Mangalore Taluk by breaking the shutter lock and committed theft of Mobile phones all in worth Rs. 12,000/.

• A case of MV theft has been registered in Mangalore East Police Station. In between 2330 hrs of 01/08/2012 and 0800 hrs 02/08/2012 some unknown culprits committed theft of a Hero Honda CD-100 Motorcycle bearing Reg. No. CTX-4740 belonging to one Kiran Kumar Joshi (56) R/o Kadri hills Mangalore which was parked in front of house. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 8,000/.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 09/08/2012 at 2145 hrs at Velenciya Managalore one Sowkath Ali driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MA-8037 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one unknown bicycle rider sustained him grievous injuries.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Konaje Police Station. On 10/08/2012 at 1030 hrs at Boliyar village Mangalore Taluk one driver of Omni car bus bearing Reg. No. KA-03-M-7972 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-8529. As a result Abdul Aziz R/o Boliyar village Mangalore Taluk sustained simple injuries.

On 09/08/2012 at 1930 hrs accused Badrudin, Rafeeq, Thamsheer and Ashraf forming into an unlawful assembly and criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one Praveen (37) R/o Boliyar village Mangalore Taluk and abused him and his wife in filthy language and assaulted them by hand and also gave life threat to them owing to trivial issue.
