• A case of MV theft has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 02/08/2012 In between 0730 hrs and 1330 hrs some unknown culprits committed theft of a Bajaj Pulsar Motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EE-8215 belonging to one Gowdappa (27) R/o Badami Taluk Bagalkote District which was parked near Central wear house godan at Panambur. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 40,000/.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Traffic East Police Station. On 03/08/2012 at 1515 hrs on NH 66 at Kuntikana Mangalore Taluk one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-D-6749 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-3825. As a result one Kalavathi who was travelling in said bus sustained simple injuries.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 02/08/2012 at 2130 hrs at Neerumarga Batrakodi Mangalore Taluk one Jamaluddin driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-D-2260 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which auto rickshaw capsized. As a result one Shamshuddin R/o Adyar village Mangalore Taluk who was traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained grievous injuries.
