• A case of MV theft has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. In between 2130 hrs and 0930 hrs of 01/08/2012 some unknown persons committed theft of a TVS victor Motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-R-7965 belonging to one Rajan Kumar (27) R/o KMC Attavara Mangalore Taluk which was parked at the premise of Brijesh apartment Attavara Mangalore Taluk. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 11,000/.

• A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 02/08/2012 at 1530 hrs at Derebail village Mangalore Taluk one driver of Tanker lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-01-D-6909 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MB-4002 driven by one Ismail (42) R/o Kasba Bengre Mangalore Taluk. As a result the car got damaged. No casualties reported.

Unnatural Death Report: 03

• A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 31/07/2012 at 1430 hrs one Vishwanatha (32) R/o Bajpe Kolambe village Mangalore Taluk committed suicide by hanging at Nellikaru village Mangalore Taluk owing to personal problem.

• A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 02/08/2012 inbetween 0900 hrs and 1330 hrs one Rajesh Bangera (46) R/o Moodushedde Mangalore Taluk committed suicide by hanging in his house owing to health problem.

• A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Barke Police Station. 02/08/2012 at 1600 hrs one mohan (52) R/o Chikkamagalore District accidentally fell down and dead in Bus stand at Belalu village Belthangady Taluk. The death seems to be due some illness.
