On 31/07/2012 at 1430 hrs accused Vishwanth R/o Bajpe criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one Mamatha (23) R/o Nellikaru village Mangalore Taluk criminal restrained her near his house and assaulted with knife and attempt to kill him.
