  • A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered Surathkal Police Station. On 31/10/2012 at 2130 hrs at on NH 66 at NITK Surathkal village Mangalore one Upendra rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EB-1885 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which motorcycle capsized. As a result motorcycle rider one Upendra sustained serious injuries and succumbed to his injuries while under treatment on 02/11/2012 at 1330 hrs.

·         A case under Criminal restraint, Hurt, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace along with criminal intimidation has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 02/11/2012 at 2015 hrs accused Siddique, Ambrooz and Fairoz criminally restrained one IbraHIM p (32) r/O Kavoor Mangalore at Gandhi nagar Kavoor Mangalore and abused him in filthy language and assaulted by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

Unnatural Death Report: 02
·         A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 02/11/2012 at 0845 hrs one Meera Shenoy (70) was found dead near KHB colony Kavoor Mangalore. The death seems to be due to illness.
·     A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 30/10/2012 at 1100 hrs one Jagadisha (22) R/o Puthige village Moodabidre Mangalore committed suicide by consuming pesticide in his house owing to financial problem.
