·     A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 15/11/2011 at 2000 hrs at Madhya village Mangalore Taluk accused Vinod and Vamana abused one Bhavani Shankar (30) R/o Madhya village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language and assaulted him with sickle and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

·      A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Criminal intimidation along with SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act has been registered in Mangalore North Police Station. On 15/11/2011 at 0830 hrs at candle garden Bunts hostel Mangalore accused one Belinda Fernadies abused one Prema R/o Bunts hostel Mangalore in filthy language referring to her caste and also gave life threat to her owing to civil dispute between them.
