·    A case of MV theft has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. In between 09/11/2011 of 2030 hrs and 10/11/2011 of 0700 some unknown culprits committed theft of a Bajaj Pulsar motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-R-965 belonging to one Mosthadi Ahammad Yusuf  (22) which was parked near in front of  Rafiya Towers Marnamikatte Mangalore. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 18,000/.

·    A case under Cruelty by Husband and relatives, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt, Dowry Prohibition Act along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station on the complaint of Vinutha Rani w/o Niranjan Bangera R/o Kudupu village Mangalore Taluk. In the complaint it is alleged that accused Niranjan Bangera (husband) and his relatives Venkappa, Shashikala and Pradeep Bangera abused one Vinutha Rani in filthy language and assaulted her by hand and gave physical and mental harassment to her to bring more dowry and also gave life threat to her.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 09/11/2011 at 1620 hrs on NH 17 at Thokkottu Junction Mangalore Taluk one driver of car bearing Reg. No. KL-14-H-7690 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Ahammad Baava (50) R/o Munnur village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him grievous injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 09/11/2011 at 1620 hrs on NH 66 at Ullal village  Mangalore Taluk one Abdul Khadar rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EC-9727 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Sumanth (19) R/o Ullal village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

Unnatural Death Report: 01

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 03/11/2011 at 1100 hrs one Rohithaswa (24) R/o Konchady Derebail Mangalore committed suicide by consuming poison at Someshwara Beach Someshwara village Mangalore Taluk owing to personal problem. Further he was admitted to A.J hospital at Mangalore where he was declared dead while under treatment on 10/11/2011 at 1845 hrs.
