On 08/11/2011 at 1645 hrs accused Udaya Acharya criminally trespassed into the house belonging to one Jayanthi R/o Moodu Marnad village Mangalore Taluk and abused her in filthy language and also outraged her modesty by pulling her hand owing to family dispute.
