·       A case under of Burglary has registered in Ullal Police Station. On the intervening night of 24/10/2011 some unknown culprits gained entry into the house belonging to one Nowshad  (32) R/o Thalapady Mangalore Taluk by breaking in to the back door lock and committed theft of gold ornaments all in worth Rs. 12,00,000/.

·        A case under outraging the modesty of woman and Criminal Intimidation has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 24/10/2011 at 1200 hrs at Telecome house road Pandeshwar Mangalroe one accused Nalin Kumar Rai tried to outraged the modesty of one Saraswathi R/o Yekkaru village Mangalore Taluk by pulling her hand and also gave life threat to her owing to trivial issue.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 24/10/2011 at 1230 hrs at Falnir Mangalore one driver of Innova car bearing Reg. No. KA-01-D-94 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-X-8221. As a result motor cycle rider one Kiran Kumar (33) R/o Kankanady Mangalore sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 24/10/2011 at 0615 hrs at Bunts Hostel circle Mangalore one driver of K.S.R.T.C bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-F-2621 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-05-HJ-7746. As a result motor cycle rider one Manjunath sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic West Police Station. On 24/10/2011 at 1730 hrs at Navabharath circle Mangalore one driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MA-5857 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a Honda Activa Scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-19-W-7766. As a result Scooter rider one Rajashree (40) Mangaladevi Mangalore sustained simple injuries. Further the bus driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

·      A case under Rioting, Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Mangalore South Station. On 23/10/2011 at 2230 hrs  accused Asin Vang, Akshay, Ganesh and other  03 persons forming into an unlawful assembly at Pandeshwara Mangalore and abused Bonifas Rakesh D’Souza  R/o Pandeshwara Mangalore in filthy language and assaulted him with hand and iron rod and also gave life treat to him owing to trivial issue.

Unnatural Death Report: 01

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Mangalore South Police Station. On 24/10/2011 one unknown male dead body aged about 30 yrs was found at Muthappagudy Pandeshwara Mangalore. The death seems to be some illness.

Missing Persons: 03

·        A case of Man missing has been registered in Ullal Police Station. One Sarfuddin (36) R/o Kinya village Mangalore Taluk left his house on 24/10/2011 and did not return to his house thereafter. He has been found missing since then.

·    A case of Girl missing has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. One Sumalatha (17) R/o Kudripadavu Moodabidre Mangalore Taluk left her house on 19/10/2011 at 1300 hrs and did not return her house thereafter. She has been found missing since then.

·    A case of Girl missing has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. One Ruksana (15) R/o Moodukonaje village Moodabidre Mangalore Taluk left her house on 24/10/2011 at 1200 hrs and did not return her house thereafter. She has been found missing since then.
