·        A case under Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace, Hurt along with Criminal intimidation has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 07/10/2011 at 1900 hrs at Madeguri Kulai village Mangalore Taluk accused Sajani abused one Vishala (260 R/o Madeguri Kulai village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language and assaulted her with sickle and also gave life threat to her owing to trivial issue.

·        A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 07/10/2011 at 2000 hrs near Ishwara Katte at Bondel Mangalore one Mohammed Rafiq driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. CNO-8119 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Annu @ Bhaskar (60) a pedestrian and caused him serious injuries. Further he succumbed to his injuries while under treatment on 08/10/2011 at 0500 hrs.

On 07/10/2011 at 2200 hrs at Akasha Bhavana Mangalore accused Dony criminally restrained one Sheikh Ahmed @ Munna R/o Sujikallu Gudde Akash Bahvan Mangalore and abused him in filthy language assaulted him by iron chain and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.
