·         A case of MV theft has been registered in Barke Police Station. On 11/10/2012 in between 0930 hrs and 1445 hrs some unknown culprits committed theft of a Apache Motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EC-6358 belonging to one Akshath (25) R/o Katipalla Mangalore Taluk which was parked in parking place near starling Chembers at Mangalore. The motorcycle is worth Rs. 48,000/.

·         A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 16/10/2012 at 1900 hrs at Moodushedde village Mangalore Taluk one Siraj rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EF-9121 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Sesappa Poojary (72) R/o Moodushedde village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

On 15/10/2012 at 1900 hrs at Kenjaru village Mangalore Taluk accused Rafeeq, Ameer, and Mohammad Asif abused one Abdul Razaq (40) R/o Kenjaru village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language and assaulted him with iron rod and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.

On 15/10/2012 at 1930 hrs at Kenjaru village Mangalore Taluk accused Abdul Razaq R/o Kenjaru village Mangalore Taluk abused one Mohammad Asif (30) R/o Kenjaru village Mangalore Taluk in filthy language and assaulted him with iron rod and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.
