·        A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 11/09/2011 at 1715 hrs near Khadgeshwari Temple cross at Chelyaru Madya village Mangalore Taluk one driver of lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-19-AD-3546 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner when laborer is unloading the pipes without any instructions. As a result laborer one Ganesh Modal got serious injuries and died on the spot.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic West Police Station. On 11/09/2011 at 1230 hrs near Ayapppa Mandira at Attavara Mangalore one driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-9962 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Krithi Nayak (6) R/o Attavara village Mangalore Taluk a pedestrian and caused her simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 10/09/2011 at 1400 hrs at Chelaru village Surathkal Mangalore Taluk one driver of motorcycle Reg. No. KA-19-U-9806 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-315. As a result both the vehicles got damaged. No casualties found.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 10/09/2011 at 1730 hrs on NH 66 near Mayya Electronics at Surathkal Mangalore Taluk one driver of quails car bearing Reg. No. KA-21-C-8566 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-U-5361. As a result motorcycle rider one Yashavanth shetty (40) R/o Madya village Surathkal Mangalore Taluk sustained simple injuries.
