·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic West Police Station. On 10/09/2011 at 1500 hrs near Kottara bus stand at Kottara Mangalore one driver of Tipper lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-2761 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Girijakshi (53) R/o Kasaragod Kerala state a pedestrian and caused her simple injuries. The lorry driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 18/08/2011 at 0930 hrs near Thare Thota at Nanthoor Mangalore one driver of auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-2442 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which auto rickshaw capsized. As a result one Anil Payas (23) R/o Shakthi Nagar Mangalore passenger of said auto rickshaw sustained simple injuries. The auto rickshaw driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

·    A case under Hurt along with Attempt Murder has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 09/09/2011 at 2100 hrs near Kukkady Stores Katipalla village Mangalore Taluk some unknown persons assaulted one Hasan Salam R/o 6^th Block Krishnapura Katipalla village Mangalore with sickle and iron punch and tried to kill him owing to some previous enmity.

·        A case of Boy missing has been registered in Ullal Police Station. One Vasith Ali (16) R/o Pilaru Permannur village Mangalore Taluk went to Matha Education at Thokkottu on 08/09/2011 at 0830 hrs and did not return to his house thereafter. He has been found missing since then.
