On 22/11/2012 at 0700 hrs accused Lowrence Lobo, Justhin Lobo, Ronald, Shivarama and other two persons forming into unlawful assembly at Arbithota Moodshedde village Mangalore Taluk and criminally restrained one Geetha R/o Moodushedde village Mangalore Taluk  and abused him filthy language and they also assaulted her daughter one Rakshitha owing to trivial issue.

On 22/11/2012 at 1700 hrs accused Kiran Kumar, Sunil, Manoj fernandis and others forming into an unlawful assembly at Permude village Mangalore Taluk and abused one Naveen (24) R/o Kavoor Mangalore Taluk in filthy language referring to his caste and assaulted him by hand and also gave life threat to him owing to trivial issue.
