In between 0700 hrs of 21/04/2012 and 1430 hrs of 22/04/2012 one Prashanth Acharya (30) R/o Inna village Karkala Taluk committed suicide by hanging at Kadandale village Mangalore Taluk owing to personal problem.

·   A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 21/04/2012 at 2245 hrs one Shekhar found dead in canteen at Srinivas college Arkula village Mangalore Taluk.  The death seems to be a case of some illness.

·        A case of Girl missing has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. One Neha (17) R/o Katipalla village Mangalore Taluk left her house on 21/04/2012 at 1530 hrs and did not return her house there after. She has been found missing since then.

At that time 2 unknown peoples snatched the gold chain from her neck and ran away. The value of the property is Rs. 35,000/.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 20/04/2012 at 2300 hrs on NH 66 at Nanthoor Mangalore one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-01-D-9118 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EA-6950. As a result motorcycle rider Jagananth Shetty (58) R/o Mooduperare village Mangalore Taluk and pillion rider Seetharam Shetty sustained grievous injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident as been registered in Bajpe Police Station. On 20/04/2012 at 1540 hrs near Bajpe village Mangalore Taluk one) driver of Tipper lorry bearing Reg. He also assaulted Sundara who came to help Praveen Siqueira.

No. KA-19-MB-762 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MB-762. As a result motorcycle rider Sirajuddin sustained serious injuries and died on the spot. Wherein pillion rider his wife Khathijamma succumbed to her injuries while under treatment.

On 14/04/2012 at 0600 hrs one Eshwara (60) R/o Ullal village Mangalore Taluk committed suicide by consuming some poison in his house owing to personal problem and admitted to Wenlock hospital Mangalore. Where he declared dead while under treatment on 18/04/2012 at 0640 hrs.

·        A case of Unnatural Death Report has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 18/04/2012 at 1500 hrs one unidentified male dead body aged about 40yrs to 45 yrs was found on sea shore at Someshwara village Mangalore Taluk. The death seems to be due to drowning.
