The value of stolen property Rs.75, 000/.

·        A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 05/10/2011 at 1915 hrs on NH 66 at NITK Surathkal Mangalore Taluk one driver of Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-05-AC-3861 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-2938. As a result motorcycle pillion rider one Cayral (09) sustained serious injuries and died on the spot and motorcycle rider one Barnald D’Souza sustained simple injuries. The lorry driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

·        A case of Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 05/10/2011 at 1730 hrs at Idya village Surathkal Mangalore Taluk one driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Z-2430 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-K-7974. As a result motorcycle pillion rider one Ashwin R/o Katipalla village Surathkal Mangalore Taluk sustained serious injuries. Further he was admitted to A.J Hospital at Mangalore where he succumbed to his injuries while under treatment on the same day.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Moodabidre Police Station. On 05/10/2011 at 1020 hrs at Beluvai village Mangalore Taluk one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-20-B-4714 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-9715. As a result passenger of auto rickshaw one Sadananda Khadyar R/o Thalathangady Kerala State and Santhosh sustained grievous injuries.

Wherein one Manjula succumbed to her injuries and died on the spot. The Tipper lorry driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

On 30/09/2011 at 0810 hrs near Kottara Junction Mangalore one Vijay Kumar rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-J-6480 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against an auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-8430 due which auto rickshaw driver lost control over his vehicle and the vehicle capsized. As a result auto rickshaw driver B. Manjunath R/o Urwa store Mangalore and motorcycle rider Vijay Kumar sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic East Police Station. On 30/09/2011 at 1355 hrs near Shivabhag Mangalore one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-20-A-7904 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-P-6266 driven by one Abdul Jaleel R/o Kudroli Mangalore. As a result both vehicles got damaged.  No causalities reported.

·    A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Panambur Police Station. On 30/09/2011 at 1500 hrs on NH 66 at Panambur Mangalore one unknown driver of car drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a Kinetic Honda scooter bearing Reg. No. KA-09-P-1466. As a result scooter rider one Puttaraju sustained simple injuries. The car driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

On 21/09/2011 at 1400 hrs one Jokhim Waz R/o Jeppu Mangalore accidentally fell down due to some illness while walking in his house and admitted to hospital. Further he succumbed to his injuries while under treatment on 29/09/2011 at 1600 hrs.

·   A case under Man missing has been registered in Mulky Police Station. One Kishor.S (22) R/o Kaarnadu village Magalore Taluk left his house On 26/09/2011 at 1700 hrs did not return to his house thereafter. He has been found missing since then.
