On 30/07/2011 at 2115 hrs accused Bharathesh Bangera and Ashwin Puthran criminally restrained one Shrikanth Kanchan (25) R/o Ullal Mangalore assaulted him by hand. They also assaulted Hitraj Amin (22) who came to help Shrikanth Kanchan. Further Bharathesh Bangera murderd Shrikanth Kanchan by assaulting him with knife owing to personal enmity.

On 28/07/2011 at 1715 hrs at Pinto garden Padavinangady Mangalore accused Xaviour Aloysian Antony Pinto criminally restrained one Helen Pinto (46) R/o Pinto garden Padavinangady Mangalore and abused her in filthy language and tried to modesty of her by pulling her hand assaulted her by hand. He also assaulted Ronald Pinto and Santhosh Lasrado who came to help   Helen Pinto and also gave life threat to them owing to civil dispute.

No. KA-20-B-3911 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a Maruti Omni car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-Z-7413. As a result one Jagadish driver of said Omni car sustained simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. On 30/07/2011 at 1230 hrs at Pachanady Bondel villge Mangalore one Ananda driver of Auto rickshaw bearing Reg. No. KA-19-A-6671 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and lost control over his vehicle due which the auto rickshaw capsized. As a result Vishalakshi (40) R/o Moodushedde village Mangalore Taluk, Dhanush and Vignesh who were traveling in the said auto rickshaw sustained grievous injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Ullal Police Station. On 30/07/2011 at 1325 hrs On NH17 at Thokkottu Permannur village Mangalore one Lingappa driver of KSRTC bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-F-2882 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a Lorry bearing Reg. No. KA-40-3914. As a result one Subin Kumar (35) R/o Kumble Kasargod District Kerala a passenger of said bus sustained simple injuries.

No. KA-19- C-5252 while getting down from the bus, the driver of bus moved the bus in a negligent manner due which she fell down from the bus and sustained simple injuries.

No. KA-19- C-675 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-EC-1298. As a result motorcycle rider one Wilson Fernandez (23) R/o Arkula village Mangalore Taluk sustained simple injuries.

On 23/07/2011 at 1610 hrs some unknown culprits committed theft of bag, mobile handset, ATM card and cash of Rs. 4,000/ belonging to one B.T. Shaila J Rai (56) R/o Bejai Kapikad Mangalore which was kept inside Satya Seva Mandir at Gandhi Nagar Mangalore. The total stolen property is worth Rs. 6,000/.

·        A case of MV theft has been registered in Mangalore Rural Police Station. In between 1400 hrs and 1700 hrs of 24/07/2011 some unknown culprits committed theft of a Hero Honda Splendor motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-K-9314 belonging to one Shivaraju K (40) R/o Kadri Tolegate Mangalore that was parked at parking place near MV Shetty hostel at Ujjodi Mangalore.

On 25/07/2011 at 0845 hrs near Bendorewell circle at Kankanady Mangalore one driver of bus bearing Reg. No. KA-19-B-4977 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner due which one Nithin Adyanthaya R/o Kankanady Mangalore was traveling in the said bus was thrown out of the bus and sustained simple injuries. The bus driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Mangalore Traffic West Police Station. On 25/07/2011 at 1345 hrs near Rosario cross Road at Statebank Mangalore one rider of motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-X-9656 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Ramlath (32) R/o Nanthoor Mangalore a pedestrian and caused her simple injuries. The motorcycle rider escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Surathkal Police Station. On 24/07/2011 at 1700 hrs in front of City Towers at Chokkabettu Surathkal Mangalore one Sharifuddin driver of Alto car bearing Reg. No. KA-19-MB-6954 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against one Masappa (23) a pedestrian and caused him simple injuries.

·        A case of Non Fatal Road accident has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 24/07/2011 at 2030 hrs near Shri Mahalingeshwara Temple at Kavoor Mangalore one driver of car bearing Reg. No. KA-18-M-6969 drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and collided against a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KA-19-V-337. As a result motorcycle rider Koragappa Shetty and pillion rider Umalatha Shetty sustained simple injuries. The car driver escaped from the place without stopping his vehicle.

They have been found missing since then.

·        A case of Girl missing has been registered in Kavoor Police Station. On 22/07/2011 at 1300 hrs one Mayamma (19) R/o Kunjathbail village Kavoor Mangalore went out from her house and did not return to her house thereafter. She has been missing since then.
