Accused:- Shibu @ Subbu age 24 yrs. S/O. Maniraju R/O. Ananda Shetty Compound, Pallakere, near Kaidal Jalligudde Post, Mangalore TQ.
Accused was under the influence of alcohol when arrested.
Profession:- Bus Conductor last worked as conductor in Route No.5 (Everest Bus)
Not performing any work since last 3 months due to ill health.
Accused will be produced before Magistrate to night on 04-11-2011 requesting for police custody remand for detailed interrogation.
